Yemeni Prime Minister Hails Ceasefire Initiative of the Coalition to Restore Legitimacy in Yemen

Riyadh, April 09, 2020, SPA -- Yemeni Prime Minister Dr. Ma'een Abdulmalik affirmed that the two-week ceasefire initiative launched by the Joint Forces Command of Coalition to Restore Legitimacy in the Republic of Yemen in response to the United Nations' call is a great opportunity to safeguard Yemen and its people from dangers of the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19).
In comments on Twitter today, Abdulmalik also thanked the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdualziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdualziz, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, for their generous support for the relief efforts in Yemen, lauding Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Minister of Defense, for launching the ceasefire initiative which reflects his support of Yemen and its people.
